1. Who we are

BlackCores Responsible Markets is operated by BlackCores and Partners LLP, trading as BlackCores & Partners, a limited liability partnership registered in England and Wales with company number OC459454. Registered office: First Floor Office, 3 Hornton Place, London, W8 4LZ, United Kingdom.

Public contact: rm@blackcores.org.

2. These terms

These terms govern your use of BlackCores.org, register.blackcores.org and all related public pages, programme information pages, Register pages, certificate verification pages and application pages (together, the "Site").

By using the Site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Site.

3. General information only

Website content is provided for general business and institutional information only. It describes the BlackCores Responsible Markets programme, its standards, its recorded outcomes and the conditions under which records are maintained.

Nothing on this Site should be read as professional advice of any kind. You should obtain appropriate independent advice before making any decision that relies on information published here.

5. No financial promotion

Nothing on this Site is intended as an invitation or inducement to engage in investment activity, a securities offering, financial promotion, investment recommendation, solicitation, offer to trade, or offer to buy, sell, arrange or advise in relation to any financial product, security, futures contract, CFD, leveraged foreign exchange contract, virtual asset, payment service, banking product or regulated service.

6. No regulated financial services

BlackCores Responsible Markets does not present itself as FCA-authorised, PRA-authorised, or as a bank, payment institution, e-money institution, insurer, insurance intermediary, investment adviser, investment manager, broker, trading venue, credit broker, claims management company, statutory auditor, tax adviser or SRA-regulated law firm.

Nothing on this Site constitutes or implies any such authorisation, approval or regulated status.

7. Register scope

The BlackCores Responsible Markets Register records programme participation, documentary status and defined-scope review outcomes. It is not a broker ranking, investment recommendation, financial promotion, regulatory approval, consumer trading guide, product endorsement, certification or verification of financial soundness.

Profile information reflects what a participant demonstrated against a published standard within a declared scope at a point in time. It is not a guarantee of future conduct, regulatory standing or financial soundness.

Register ordering may reflect profile completeness, update recency and programme status. It does not rank firms by quality, safety, regulatory standing or client outcome. See Methodology for details.

8. Certificate scope

A Profile ID identifies a public programme profile. A Certificate ID appears only where a certificate has been issued within a defined scope.

Certificate status may be: Active, Update Due, Expired, Withdrawn, Superseded or Archived. Each status has a defined meaning set out in the programme documentation.

A certificate does not verify financial soundness, product quality, broker safety, regulatory standing, client outcomes or investment suitability. It records a documentary outcome within a declared scope at the time of issue.

9. RM10 Standards scope

The BlackCores RM10 Standards are BlackCores-owned standards for documentary mapping and responsible-market conduct presentation within the FX/CFD ecosystem.

They are not regulatory rules, official regulator standards, UN standards or a substitute for professional advice. They reflect a defined framework published and maintained by BlackCores.

10. Programme participation and fees

Fees support administration, evidence handling, profile maintenance, certificate verification, directory operation and annual updates.

Fees do not determine criteria status, regulatory status, firm quality, broker safety, investment suitability, client outcome, licence approval, bank onboarding, PSP onboarding, UNGC acceptance or any third-party acceptance decision.

Higher participation tiers reflect a broader scope of handling, additional evidence-handling depth and, where applicable, additional services. They do not confer higher regulatory standing or a stronger endorsement.

11. Application and suitability

Submitting an expression of interest or application does not create a client relationship, acceptance, listing, certificate entitlement or obligation by BlackCores Responsible Markets.

Applicants must provide accurate information. BlackCores may request clarification, defer or decline any application without giving reasons.

12. Publication decisions

Outcomes of programme review are described using the following decision language: Accepted for publication, Accepted with limitations, Deferred, Declined, Suspended, Archived.

The term "approved firm" is not used. Acceptance for publication is a programme decision about documentary record, not a regulatory approval, endorsement or recommendation.

13. Use of mark

Use of the BlackCores Responsible Markets name, mark, Profile IDs, Certificate IDs or certificates is subject to written conditions. See Use of Mark for full terms.

Use of the mark must stop immediately if participation lapses, is suspended or is withdrawn. BlackCores may request removal, correction, suspension or withdrawal of any reference where terms are breached.

14. UN Global Compact boundary

BlackCores and Partners LLP participates in the United Nations Global Compact as a signatory organisation. This participation is separate from the BlackCores Responsible Markets programme.

BlackCores Responsible Markets is independently administered by BlackCores and is not a United Nations or UN Global Compact programme, certification, endorsement, approval or verification service.

Participant firms in BlackCores Responsible Markets do not receive UNGC status, UNGC recognition or any UN affiliation through their programme participation.

16. Corrections and profile concerns

Specific, factual concerns about a published profile or record may be submitted via the Corrections page. This is a documentary process, not a complaints, dispute resolution or compensation service.

BlackCores may review, update, qualify, suspend or archive public information where a documentary basis supports a change.

17. Intellectual property

BlackCores Responsible Markets content, the RM10 Standards, the Register architecture, certificate templates, logos, marks, page design and methodology belong to BlackCores and Partners LLP or relevant licensors.

No part of this Site may be reproduced, copied, scraped, redistributed or reused without written permission, except where expressly permitted by law.

18. Prohibited use

You must not: scrape or data-harvest the Site; misrepresent or misstate any profile, certificate or programme status; use Profile IDs, Certificate IDs or status references in contexts that imply regulatory approval, broker ranking, UN endorsement or product safety; impersonate BlackCores Responsible Markets or any participant firm; use any mark in retail trading promotions, affiliate campaigns or financial promotions; or copy, reverse-engineer or misuse any part of the Register architecture, methodology or standards.

19. Website availability and accuracy

We take reasonable care to keep published records accurate. The Site is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. Records may be changed, corrected, suspended or removed as circumstances require.

Regulatory and corporate status information should always be verified from official sources, including the applicable regulator, company registrar and government authority for the relevant jurisdiction.

20. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BlackCores and Partners LLP is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage arising from: reliance on information published on this Site; any decision to engage or not engage with any firm; any failure or interruption of the Site; or any inaccuracy in a published record.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

21. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. The date of the most recent update is shown at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

22. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

23. Contact

Questions about these terms should be directed to rm@blackcores.org. Correspondence may also be sent to our registered office: First Floor Office, 3 Hornton Place, London, W8 4LZ, United Kingdom.

These are the standing boundary notes referenced by markers throughout the website. Each note defines what a given record or statement means — and what it does not claim.

  2. Certificate scope

A Certificate ID records the existence and status of a BlackCores Responsible Markets Contribution Certificate issued within a defined scope. It is not a verification of financial soundness, product safety, investment suitability, client outcome or regulatory standing.

  3. UNGC boundary

BlackCores and Partners LLP participates in the United Nations Global Compact. BlackCores Responsible Markets is independently administered by BlackCores and is not a United Nations or UN Global Compact programme, certification, endorsement, approval or verification service. Participant firms do not receive UNGC status through BlackCores Responsible Markets.

  4. Paid participation and visibility

Programme fees support administration, profile maintenance, evidence handling, certificate verification, directory operation and annual updates. Fees do not determine criteria status, regulatory status, firm quality, investment suitability, broker safety or third-party acceptance.

  5. Profile ordering

Register ordering may reflect profile completeness, update recency, programme status and user-selected filters. Ordering does not rank firms by quality, safety, regulatory standing, financial strength, investment suitability or client outcome.

  6. External links

External links are provided for identification, reference or participant profile purposes. Third-party websites are operated by their respective organisations and are not controlled by BlackCores Responsible Markets.

  7. RM10 Standards

BlackCores RM10 Standards are BlackCores-owned standards for documentary mapping and responsible-market conduct presentation. They are not regulatory rules, official regulator standards, UN standards, or a substitute for professional advice.

  8. General information

Website content is provided for general business and institutional information only. It should not be relied on as legal, financial, tax, investment, insurance, regulatory or trading advice. Users should obtain independent professional advice where appropriate.

  9. Use of mark

The BlackCores Responsible Markets name, mark, Profile IDs and Certificate IDs may only be used factually, within the recorded scope and in accordance with the written use-of-mark conditions. Use must stop immediately if participation lapses, is suspended or is withdrawn. Misuse may result in suspension or withdrawal of participation status.

  10. Application scope

Submitting an expression of interest or application does not create a client relationship, guarantee of acceptance, listing, certificate entitlement, or obligation on the part of BlackCores Responsible Markets. Applicants must provide accurate information. BlackCores may request clarification, defer or decline any application.

  11. UNGC application guidance support

Where UNGC application guidance support is included in a participation tier, this refers to general preparation assistance and document-readiness guidance only. It is not a guarantee of acceptance by the United Nations Global Compact, and BlackCores has no authority to grant, approve or influence UNGC membership decisions.

  12. Committee and consultation participation

Invitations to advisory committees or consultations are discretionary, subject to conflict-of-interest screening and non-exclusive. Participation in a committee or consultation does not grant decision-making authority over the programme, its standards, its outcomes or any published record.

  13. FX/CFD framework scope

The FX/CFD framework is intended for business, professional and institutional audiences. It describes documentary areas relevant to FX/CFD ecosystem governance and responsible-market conduct. It is not a consumer trading guide, broker comparison, financial promotion, investment recommendation or product endorsement, and it does not encourage trading in any financial product.

  14. Marketing and affiliate scope

Where marketing, affiliate, introducing-broker or promotional controls are discussed, this refers to documenting and reviewing a firm's own distribution controls within a defined scope. BlackCores Responsible Markets does not approve financial promotions for communication and does not make any promotion compliant unless a separate, appropriately authorised arrangement is expressly agreed in writing.

  15. Banking, PSP and EMI scope

Where banking, payment service provider or e-money matters are discussed, this refers to documentation readiness and the organisation of firm-supplied information only. It is not bank or provider onboarding, safeguarding verification, client-money confirmation, or the provision of any payment, e-money or deposit-taking service.

  16. Regulatory reference scope

Any regulatory or licence information shown is firm-supplied or drawn from public-source references for identification only. It is not a verification of authorisation, compliance or regulatory standing. Users should consult the relevant official regulator or public register for current regulatory status.
